    Interested in a tour of our beautiful hospice home and gardens but not sure when to schedule one? We are now holding open houses at Celia’s House 2-5pm. Our first one is Saturday, September 20, and our next will be Saturday, December 13. Please join us and invite a few guests!

  • We Surpassed Our Fundraising Goal!

    Because of you, we not only met our goal—we exceeded it. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we surpassed our $200,000 summer campaign goal, reaching a total of $233,591. While numbers tell one part of the story, the true impact is written in the lives you have touched.     The mission of Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice is to sustain Celia’s House, to ensure dying individuals and their families are exceptionally cared for, and to promote broader knowledge on the benefits of end-of-life palliative care throughout our community.

Fulfilling the Mission

Celia’s House opened in April of 2018 and as of January 2025 has served 670 people from diverse backgrounds and income levels.  All of our beds are subsidized so the entire community has access to dignified, quality end-of-life care.
